Shipping Information
Shipping charges are calculated for your order at checkout when supported by the selected shipping service. We primarily ship through FedEx and may use UPS when appropriate. Shipping is not automatically free.
Delivery dates and transit times depend on your destination, order details, and the carrier. Any shipping estimate is not a guaranteed delivery date. If you need your fabric for a specific deadline, please contact us before placing your order.
Fabric Orders & Yardage
Fabric by the yard is sold in whole-yard quantities with a minimum of one yard. We make every effort to supply multiple yards as one continuous cut when available, but continuous cuts cannot always be guaranteed. Please verify the fabric name, color, width, and quantity before placing your order.
Final Sale Policy
All fabric sold by the yard is final sale. We do not accept returns or exchanges for fabric ordered by the yard, including clearance and sale fabric, except where required by applicable law. No restocking fee applies to fabric orders because returns are not accepted.
Fabric samples are $3 each and are also final sale. Samples can help you check the appearance and texture of fabric before ordering yardage. Colors may vary between screens and actual fabric.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
If you receive fabric that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs of the fabric and any packaging damage. Our team will review the issue and help determine the appropriate resolution, consistent with applicable law.
